The centre is focused entirely to the professional family of Industrial Maintenance and building installations. There are 9 workshops, each one specialized in an area of knowledge:

- Air Conditioning Systems and Heat Production

- Machining, Plumbing, Gas and Welding

- Electromechanical Maintenance and Mechanical Manufacturing, lathe and milling operation

- Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (solar panels and wind energy)

- Construction trade, crane and forklift operation
